The Hong Kong New Emerging Technology Education Charity Foundation (HKNETECF) is a non-profit organization that has been granted exemption under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap.112) in Hong Kong from 12 January 2024.

Under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance, HKNETECF is exempted from paying taxes on the funds it receives through donations, fundraising activities, and other sources, allowing the foundation to allocate a greater portion of its resources towards its charitable objectives.
