「菁英智庫賦能計劃」旨在建立一個策略性咨詢平臺，匯聚一眾頂尖學者組成顧問智庫，以嚴謹的學術視角提供具實證基礎、前瞻性的洞見與建議，支持本會的機構發展，並為擬註冊成立之未來學院之長遠學術定位與發展方向提供專業指導。
